Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
This Privacy Policy details the technical architecture and data governance frameworks employed by TaylorSOL (managed by taylorsol) to ensure User anonymity and data sovereignty. By utilizing the Protocol, you consent to the data practices described herein.
1. Secure Enclave & Proxy Architecture
The Protocol operates on an "Advanced Privacy Proxy" model utilizing a Secure Enclave architecture. All outbound traffic initiated via the Dashboard is routed through an intermediate server layer before reaching the destination Merchant. This process performs the following technical functions:
a) Identifier Obfuscation: The Merchant receives a generic Protocol-level referral identifier. The User's personal IP address and specific browser fingerprint are masked from the Merchant during the redirect phase.
b) Session Isolation: Cross-site tracking capabilities are neutralized by stripping non-essential metadata headers prior to external routing.
2. Data Minimization & Retention
In strict adherence to data minimization principles, the Protocol collects and retains only the absolute minimum data sets required for authentication and settlement. No behavioral tracking, browsing history, or marketing profiles are generated or stored.
Retained Data Points:
• Authentication Credentials: User email address (hashed where applicable) solely for account access.
• Settlement Coordinates: Public Solana (SOL) wallet address for the execution of automated airdrops.
3. On-Chain Verification Mechanism
Transaction validation is conducted via public ledger analysis. The Protocol monitors the blockchain for specific transaction hashes associated with partner activity. This process is deterministic and relies solely on cryptographic proof of transaction. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is attached to the on-chain metadata, ensuring that financial settlement remains pseudonymous.
4. Third-Party Data Exposure
The Protocol explicitly restricts the transmission of User PII to retail partners. Merchants gain access only to aggregate volume data and the generic referral ID necessary for commission attribution. The Protocol does not sell, lease, or distribute User data to external brokers or advertising networks.
